I recently reformatted my drive and had to reinstall SF
4.5h and CDA 4.0 (w/the new g update).

When selecting a point in (1) 74 minute audio file to "add
a track", the cursor always snaps to the nearest frame/
10th of a second. 4.0f allowed me to "add a track" any
where I wanted. Is this a setting that was changed when I
updated to 4.0g? Is there a way to turn this sort of "snap"
off?
