PROBLEM

I have this problem.
I pass a dvd movie to divx in this format:
video: MPEG4 - LOW MOTION
AUDIO: MPEG -LAYER3
The first time that I import this video to vegas, there was not problem,
but now vegas say this:
Audio: Streams attributes could not be determined; MPEG LAYER3.
And the audio of the video don`t exists for vegas.
What is the problem?

I also have this same problem.
it's look like after I do a recent update on Quicktime.
Do a check on the audio stream and it's say variable bit rate.
Maybe a protection code or must buy full version QT to do editing??.

You might go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/ and download the "Recommended" installation. I tried using the "Minimum" installation and that doesn't work in Vegas.
Learned that trick off this Forum!
