Problem-Canopus ADVC 1394

I use a Canopus ADVC 1394, Sony PD150 camera. All my applications are on C and I have all of my media on a seperate drive. When trying to batch capture I have a problem skipping frames everytime. After the capture a warning comes up and states that I need to make some adjustments. I've tried everything and I still have this problem. Can anybody Help? Thanks.

Have you watched any of your video coming into the Canopus ADVC-1394 with the ADVC-1994 Controller Previwer. That let's you see what is coming through the card. If that is clear and clean then the problem is somewhere else. I don't know anything about your camera but I use two different Sony cameras (D8 and MiniDV) through my ADVC-1394. My setup is the same as yours, C is for programs and D is for capture. I have never used "Batch Capture" in the Advanced Capture. Just the normal capture method used. Unless Vegas is lying to me then I never have a skip or droped any frames yet.

This dosn't seem like the same issue but if your running XP Sp1 have you also installed the patch from Canopus to fix the compatibility issue with sp1. This issue will not be resoved by Microsoft until sp2 comes out for XP.
