Problem Importing Layered Photoshop Menu

How do you import a Photoshop menu for the main menu and not as a "submenu"? I need the main menu page to be my layered Photoshop menu but can't find how to do this.

You don't. ;-) The only way to add a menu based on a PSD is to insert it as a submenu.

Then select the submenu in the Project Overview window, drag it to the root level, and hit the Set Disc Start button (top of the Project Overview window). Then delete the original main menu. Your submenu is now the main menu.

If DVDA added a button for returning to the (original) main menu, delete it.

Thanks...that helps.
Now I have another problem. Menus created in Photoshop do not improt in to DVDA 5.0 on a computer with Vista 64. The same menus import fine in Windows XP.
