Please help! When I an joining two different frames of video together on the timeline, I oftentimes get a strange anomaly going on. When I join the frames with the snap to turned on, I get what appears to be the equvilent of ONE FIELD of either video clip that has very fine scan lines running through it, almost like an I-Frame or something. This tiny little issue make the frame dip in video level EVER SO SLIGHTLY...just enough to tell my eyes there is a problem here but it's so quick (perhaps 1/60th of a second). It's really strange. But, IF I take my cursor and play around with the frame size and then join it to the next frame in the timeline it oftentimes will fix the problem, in which case the cut from one frame to another will be perfect. I'm not even sure how to describe what I've tried to describe here, but maybe there is someone that has seen this before and has a solution. Help appreciated!
