Problem inserting media with 5.0

I just updated to Platinum 10 with DVD 5.
I am getting an error message using DVD Architect Studio 5, when I try to insert a video file. After much frustration, I went back to using DVD Architect Studio "3" and it worked fine.

Any ideas on this problem?

But in order to narrow it down a bit, you need to give more info. Specifically, what kind of video -- filetype, codec, where it came from -- and what does the error message say?
