Problem Rendering MPEG2

I am having a problem rendering a video in MPEG2 format. When I select Render and then "Save as Type" MPEG-2, then click save...nothing happens. I have reinstalled twice? Any ideas?

Have you completed the registration process? If so, contact Sonic Foundry Customer Service to make sure your mpeg is activated.
