When I go into my Vegas 19, I get this pop us. I follow the instructions. I download and then update it now. It seems to be working I close and open the program etc. But when I go back in the pop up appears again and the build is still 550. What am I doing wrong?
It might be that there is more than one instance of Vegas Pro lurking in the background of your computer. Before opening Vegas Pro 19 b550, either open Task Manager and 'end process' any Vegas Pro listing, or reboot your computer which equally clears Task Manager processes. Then open Vegas Pro and try the update process again.
Alternatively, go to your Vegas Pro 19 listing under My Products on your MAGIX My Account, and download the installer and use the installer to install the new build - it should install the new build.
