Problem using Sony Video Capture 6

When I attempt to Print to Tape using Sony Video Capture 6 and click Preview on Device, the image should display on my second monitor that is connected, but a black window appears are the top of the monitor with the Sony Video Capture 6 software is running. Please adivse how to set up the software to have the image displayed on the other system so I can record the video to VHS. Thanks.

I am quite sure that Print to Tape works ONLY with a DV device - aka your DV camcorder, not a VHS system. To get to vhs, burn a DVD then simply record it to VHS. I doubt that there is any DV VHS devices out there unless you are an industry insider.

I'd have thought that PTT to the camcorder and then direct to VHS would have been quicker and better quality?
