Problem w/audio pops on track splices

Hello all. I've got a problem I'm hoping someone can help me with. I'm using ScreenBlast to build a music video. The foundation of the video is the music layer, and I'm going to place text and graphics in the text and video layers.

The music's source is a split-track performance CD of a Christmas musical. Each song on the CD is broken up into several individual tracks: there are 16 songs on the CD, but they are broken up into 99 tracks (CDA files.) I extracted the tracks from the CD into the Media Pool. I then carefully laid them on the Music layer of ScreenBlast.

When I play the track back the finished product to preview it, the audio 'pops' a little when the timeline crosses some of the splices between audio tracks. It doesn't do it on every splice; some of them sound okay.

I've noticed that the 'fader handle' (the little blue or teal colored triangle thingie) is dark blue on the ones that 'pop' and is teal on the ones that don't .I have snapping turned on, and it appears that everything is perfectly spliced together. Is there a trick to this that I've missed?

Thanks,
Rick <><
