Hello all,
This is my first post here, so I hope I provide enough info.
I am using Vegas 5 with DVD Architect 2 software on Windows 2000 with a Lite-on 8X DVD+r\ 4X -R burner.
I have been running into a problem recently where I burn my DVD from DVDa and when finished When I look at the burned surface of the DVD I can see a feint incomplete circle about the width of a line towards the center hub of the disk. Its prominance varies from burn to burn, and once in a while it will not appear. This tends to happen on one brand of DVD media more than another but it has happen accross 2 different DVD media makers (I think maxell is the better one and Kangaru is the worse one).
When the abberation appears, about 10 minutes into viewing the burned DVD, the player will have troubles reading the disc.
I was wondering what is most likely the problem, the DVD Burner, DVDa, or the software. I was also wondering if anyone has seen this problem before.
thank you in advance,
Erik
