Problem with 'make DVD' command

Here's the problem:
I've imported a mpg file (720 x480- approx. 20min length)for the purpose of burning to DVD.
Click 'make DVD' button
click 'prepare DVD'
click 'next'
define path for finished DVD
click 'finish'
This is the message I recieve 'the specified path could not be found'
No matter what path I choose I get the same message.
I tried to set up a Picture Slideshow with with jpg images with the same result
Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

This is a known issue that affects a few users. It will be fixed in the next update. Unfortunately, there is no known workaround.

thats great i get same message. over and over iv re encoded my videos 100x to try and fix it. how could that bug get past the bata tester. guess some on was not doing there job.
