We have some licences of Sony Vegas 6.

When i attempt to open MP3 file in Sony Vegas 6, the following error occurs:

"The plug-in needed to read the file FileName.mp3 is not registred. You can click the Register button to register a plug-in that will read this file"

Registration is done without errors:

However, trying to open the MP3 file after registering the plugin, the following error occurs:

"File H:\programasradio\ARQUIVOS DE MATERIAS JANEIRO\FileName.mp3 could not be opened."

Note:

The user has write permission on the disk;
The file is on the local disk;
The error occurs with any MP3 file;
The software is installed on windows 7, the user does not have administrative privileges;
The same error occurs on some computers with the same settings;

What should i do?
