Problem with *.sfvidcap

When I open early created file of capturing .sfvidcap the message appears: "An error occured while loading the project file .sfvidcap. The file is most likely corrupted or of unknown format. A chunk has illegal length". What does that means? SF Video Capture v3.0 (build63)under win2k
