Problem with Sony Radial Blur

I'm seeing a problem with the Sony Radial Blur filter when the Strength is set to 0 (Type can be set to any of the options). I would expect the effect to have no affect at 0, but there's a definite jagginess to the image, most obvious in areas of high contrast (white fence on a green background for example).

The reason this is an issue is because I'm trying to keyframe a "zoom-like" effect, starting at Strength 0.

Is this a known bug?

1080 60p AVC footage, Vegas 11 424, preview set to Best (Full).

Thanks,
Brandon

To anybody, is the Radial Blur corrected in VP521/520? I note you are on 424.

I can Repro in VP521. Still shows an effect going on, and that's on "Default". And yes, "Default" IS showing ZERO. Mind you, there is NO "Reset TO None" preset.

Can't repro in VP10, where there IS a "Reset To None".

Interesting . . . .

What's the official procedure to file a bug?

Thanks,
