When program start I see : "Initializing UI" and program stop.

For some help you have to state here what type of hardware do you use with specifications about CPU, GPU, etc., also which Windows version.
Did you earlier used Vegas Pro or Vegas Movie Studio?
Do you have other video programs or video effects installed?

I was doing all points. And problem is the same

Ram 16 GB
I worked with Vegas 17 Pro for several months. Sametimes I must close this program with task manager, because the program did not respond
Now I have problem, see picture:
