See here. You may need a discrete video card (in addition to the onboard HD2000) to run Titler (at least that is what is listed for the latest version). For more specific help, you may also want to contact NewBlueFX support since it is a Titler rather than a VMS issue.
Roscoe - The HD2000 is included on your motherboard (the main part of your computer). I would suggest the taking this stepwise to ensure that you don't spend money if you don't need to.
Contact Newbluefx support and describe your issue. Their support is free, and usually quick.
If they say you need to add a video card (graphics processing unit; GPU), then you have a choice of using another titler plugin (there are, I think 2 other included with VMS) or buying a video card. They vary in price. You probably don't need an expensive one (that's the good news). However, you would need to open up your computer and add in the video card into an open slot. So, it also depends on how easy that is for you to do. Some people are fine adding it themselves. Others don't want to. Other people may also bring their computers (especially if they aren't heavy desktops) to local electronics stores that can do it for you).
I thought I would close the loop on this. I heard from Newbluefx and this is what they suggested: Any current nVidia or AMD/ATI card with a current driver will work fine. With Titler Express, a newer Intel (like the 5000) card should also work but I'd go for a current nVidia or AMD/ATI. I found a 2 gig card powered by nVidia on amazon for $42.
