Problem with Vegas vs. DivX

Hey all,
I have an avi that I made (compressed with DivX newest ver.) and I am using vegas video to add an mp3 or wav file to the avi, but I keep getting errors when I try to render or save the file (see links below). If anyone knows why I am getting these errors or a way to fix it please let me know.

Any help is appreciated.

As far as I know, as of right now Vegas currently doesn't support the DivX codec.

there was a post concerning Divx a few days ago, maybe do a search and type diVX...
It seems you can do it in Vegas and I tried and it worked. Think you gotta go in the custom settings (inside the "render as" window under AVI format) and scroll down a menu in wich you'll find the DiVX option to encode... if you got DiVX encoder that is...
