Fresh install of Windows 10 and fresh install of Vegas Movie Studio 14 platinum. trying to register on the site it says " wrong product registration number" the number was entered correctly, how do I now get my software registered again?
@Sky-Stewart If it's a "wrong product registration number" I would
1- copy and paste from the email you received the number in if available. Whilst you think it was entered correctly sometimes that's not the case
2 - check that the number is correct by going to My Products in your Magix account https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ and looking for VMS14. Whilst there check for activations, as suggested by j-v, and delete any so you have a clear slot for a new activation.
