problems upgraded from Vegas pro edit 18 to Vegas pro 20

I just upgraded from Vegas pro 18 edit to Vegas pro 20 (the pro version) and I'm having some problems. the only thing that was able to download was Vegas stream. Vegas pro 20 says its downloaded but it wont show up anywhere same with BORIS FX. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Vegas pro 20 multiple times and that hasn't helped much. idk if I'm supposed to do something with the the one I have now(Vegas 18) or something any kind of help would be very appreciated

ok so I get Vegas pro to work and I think Boris fx too. Idk what to do with Vegas 18 now

Don't do anything to VP 18- it will continue to work.

You can easily have both versions running on your system.....keep version 18!
