Generated media attributes does not copy between open instances of Vegas. You can copy the keyframes from the generated media, and paste those to the other timeline-hacky but it works.

Not an ideal solution, but you could render the generated media into an .avi file and then load this file into the other project. This won't allow you to edit the credits in the new project though.

SonicEPM, should we ask why generated media attributes don't copy? ;)

We are aware that copying things (gen media, tracks etc) between open instances of Vegas could be more robust. On our to-do list.

*sigh* quite understood.

I believe the to-do list for my chat/forum software has several thousand items on it.

Yes, I am having the same problem. It would be soooo nice to be able to copy everything between different Vegas instances. It would also be nice to have the ability to copy just the track keyframes from track to track and from project to project
