Problems while rendering in mp4 in 1080x1920 instagram stories

I can't solve this problem! When I render an mp4 video in the format of the 1080x1920 Instagram stories, the video comes out with line on the edge and all blurry. Can you help me?

Which version of VMS are you using and Basic or Platinum? Also which render template?
