Are you trying to create a DVD or a BluRay? They are very different file formats and resolutions.

And, no. I wouldn't recommend merely changing the file suffix. It's best to give DVD Architect a file optimized for disc creation.

I'm talking about .m4v containers then of H264 files.
I have to burn Bluray

I think the only way to go to avoid re-encoding in DVD Architect is to let Vegas Pro do the encoding and use one of the blu-ray disc render presets.

Which version of Premiere Elements are you using? Premiere Elements can create DVD-ready and BluRay-ready video and audio files --- although the latest version of Premiere Elements (version 2018) is not able to create BluRay files that don't need to be re-encoded.
