I have been using Samplitude Music Studio since 2012 and I purchased the upgrade to X8 in January 2024 and have only had problems with it so I have abandoned it. I got a new Dell desktop (XPS 8960, Windows 11) in May and migrated all of my versions of Music Studio to it. I have reverted to version 2023 but I can't get different Mouse Mode button with the drop-down menu on to the toolbar, only individual tools (like time stretching/pitch) to actually work. The last version that worked for me was the 2021 version. I keep trying to give the newer versions a chance because I PAID for EACH of THEM but NO LUCK. Also, it takes me HOURS to find a way on the website to communicate with anyone who can help me. In the past there was a phone number I could call. Now I can't find it. I hate paying for upgrades that have not worked! Is there knowledgeable human being I can speak with over the telephone??? Thank you.
