Problème avec V 14

I have a problem with V PR 14 ; in Media Generators and Title & Text all the predefined effects do not work. In V PR 13, they are all OK.

In the Aminations box, it tells me NONE. As they say here in Québec, HÉ BEN!

Dans la case Aminations, il m'indique AUCUN. Comme on dit ici au Québec, HÉ BEN !

I removed .NET Framework 4.6.1 an install the latest 4.6.2. That's the solution for me on Win7.
