Prodad Heroglyph

I have been trying to get in touch with Prodad for about a fortnight now, to register my purchase of Heroglyph.

Both the info@prodad.de and support@prodad.de addresses, seem to be unavailable.

ie. I get my emails thrown back at me after a few days, saying that the server was not responding. My trial of Heroglyph runs out soon and I will no longer be able to use it.
Has anyone any info as to how to contact prodad??

This is very bad.

Dear Lawrence,

this is strange. But I can´t check it because I don´t know the users name or email.
Maybe our providers server had a problem. Maybe his provider had a problem.
And we continiously receive key requests. Best way: He should use the programs register function.
If he need to do it manual, he also can send the request to support@prodad.com or info@2thegoodnews.de (both are different servers of different providers.

And for more help and investigation I definite need his name.

Do you answer or should I do that as official proDAD?

Thanks for your help with this matter.
I have re-emailed my original letter to all these new address.

I have tried to register throught the program but as I ordered the product onlimne, I have no registration code. I have a PID number, but that's all.
There was no other number or code in any email I received through Element5.

The process halts because it says I have entered an invalid registration code. The PID number at the top of the screen is correct however.

I will wait and see if these new emails go through.
I have no other problems sending emails to anyone else through my server.

Just for your info, the email I sent to huber@prodad.de has just been delayed by my server. This probably means, like the others to this server, that it will not be delivered.

Further update. Another of the addresses has failed:

Message delivery to 'support@prodad.com' delayed
SMTP module(domain prodad.com) reports:
mailin.webmailer.de: no response
