proDAD Mercalli doesn't work with V 9

Anyone else experiencing issues with ProDAD Mercalli pluggin not working?
Two of my computers have it installed. one immediately throws up the error report and closes down upon sending.
The other computer comes up with an error and goes through every template then a final error and shuts down Mercalli.
Here are the errors.

Anyone know or any upgrades to mercalli?

Thanks so much people... I didn't realize how much I love this pluggin until it didn't work anymore lol.

The computer with the error messages... problem solved.
The one that just opens up Sony error report..... still happening.
I was thinking of reinstalling mercalli on that comp and trying it again, but I can't find my initial download. Anyone remember what it's called. I'm looking for the obvious Prodad Mercalli but it might not be called that.

I successfully deployed the latest update for VP9, as well...works fine.
You might try searching for a compressed application entitled something like "Mercalli10Expert". I think I got mine through digital Juice last summer.

Well I found the email that I received when I bought Mercalli. I downloaded it again for my computer that's not working.
Uninstalled it, reinstalled it. Now I can't get it to register, I'm getting the same shutdown as I was before. When I try to click on register nothing happens except opening a blank box on my tool bar.
I've submitted a report to prodad. Hopefully they can resolve this issue. I'm frustrated.
