Prodad Mercalli V4 and VP14 won't analyze

I apologize if this was already discussed but I can't seem to find a search function on these boards. Anyway VP14 and Prodad Mercalli V4 applied to a clip. Software is activacted (both Vegas and Mercalli). Press "Analyze" and nothing happens? I know I'm missing something simple but can't seem to figure it out. Already tried a reboot.

Hmmmm, working fine here. Should work even if not activated. You apply as regular effect (not media effect) and just hit the analyse button. Do you see mercalli color bar and "analysing" in preview window? Effect check box on? ...
