I'm an old user of Vegas where I used to work and recently bought Movie Studio for use at home. I entered the serial number and temporary authentication code that came with the product and was able to use it. It has been telling me however that I have xx days remaining. I registered the product at Sony's website this evening and received another authentication key via email based on my serial number and machine id.

For the life of me, I cannot find any place in Movie Studio to enter this new authentication key. It's not under the Help Menu. There's no button or link on the startup screen that warns me of impending doom. I've looked under preferences just in case and did a search for "authenticate" in the Help system.

Is a brute force reinstall the way to go or am I missing something?
