Production Assistant not showing up in Sony List

JR, I went to SCS My Account/My Software and noticed PA wasn't showing up in my list of software. At the bottom of the screen is a place where you can enter the SN for missing software. I added my SN for PA but it says it is invalid. Since I bought PA as a Sony product from SCS, it seems it should be included. Can you check on that?

Jerry, I wish I could help you but I don't know who controls the web site. I would use the Missing Orders and Serial Numbers form to report this. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I tried that and I get this:

Sorry, we were unable to locate the order you entered. Please check the order number and try again.

I'll check with SCS Monday.

Just in case mine is the same way it does not show up in the list all my other Sony software is there but production assistant is not there

I am having the same issue when I try and register my PA2. Did you ever get this issue solved?
