JR, I went to SCS My Account/My Software and noticed PA wasn't showing up in my list of software. At the bottom of the screen is a place where you can enter the SN for missing software. I added my SN for PA but it says it is invalid. Since I bought PA as a Sony product from SCS, it seems it should be included. Can you check on that?
Jerry, I wish I could help you but I don't know who controls the web site. I would use the Missing Orders and Serial Numbers form to report this. Hope this helps.
