No, Vegas Pro Production Assistant only works with Vegas Pro (sorry).

Movie Studio doesn't support the Script API that Production Assistant requires. You can make a product suggestion to Sony to add Script support to Movie Studio on their Product Suggestion page. We (VASST) would love to make all of our productivity scripts available for Movie Studio customers but Sony has to enable this.
