Prompt to accept EULA after upgrading to Windows 8

Hi,

I'm using Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum v11 (Build 322).

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 (64-bit) to Windows 8 (64-bit). Now, every time I start Vegas, I get prompted to accept the EULA. I've checked the About screen and it still shows that it's registered. I click on Accept and everything appears to be working fine.

I've even tried registering it (again) online, and it came back saying it was successful. I've tried running in in Windows 7 compatibility mode as well as Run as Administrator, without success.

I can't re-install without uninstalling and I don't want to loose all my settings and custom Media Generators.

Any suggestions/help?

Unfortunately, the only way to avoid this is to delete or rename the EULA file (about 4k) in directory C:\program files (x86)\Sony\Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 11.0

The EULA will not re-appear.
