Proper settings for rendering an hdv file to DVD

I am looking for some suggestion templates when rendering an hdv file from time line to a file to be burned in DVDarch.
I need a template idea for burning a regular dvd (4.5) and also a blue ray disc. I assume the blue ray is to use the setting in vegas pro 8 as 1080 60?

Are you making an actual Video DVD, or are you burning an HD video to a DVD blank?

If the former, use the DVD Architect widescreen template (either NTSC or PAL as is appropriate in your area).

If the latter, then assuming your video is short enough to fit in 4.3GB then use the same template you use for the BD version.
