Prores 422 render

Hi Guys,

I need your help.

I'm retired but used Vegas a couple times a year.

I bought a Canon C100 and Ninja Blade to record local but excellent ballet.

Recorded ballet in ProRes 422. Loads and edits perfectly.

BUT when I render to mpeg2, performers legs and anything moving have what I call "the jaggies" - a hashed blur like their legs were trimmed with pinking shears. I've seen this before and have corrected it the past by setting Motion blur type to Gaussian and Deinterlace method to Blend fields. These options have no effect this time.

This is my first editing with ProRes 422. I'm making DVDs for the client and the client is not happy.

Using Vegas 12 build 720 on an i7 PC

bet I'm not the first to discover this.
