proxy HELP

i am trying to edit gopro hero 7 4k footage in movie studio 16. I made a proxy of the clip I wanted to edit but the clip is missing audio and in the add media section, it says it is unable to read the audio file. The proxy file clip comes out in slow motion and I don't know how to fix this problem. please help.

You must do nothing with that made proxyfile, the program uses it automatic with the original sound when you follow the manual considering the use of the preview window when you have made proxies.

It sounds like you re-imported the SFVP0 files. Don't do that. Never touch the SFVP0 files.

Help tells this for proxy workflow:

- When the preview quality is set to Draft or Preview, the proxy file is used.

- When the preview quality is set to Good or Best, the original file is used.
