I am able to capture video thru the following configuration:
Western Digital Firewire Cardbus
Canon Elura 2 DV camcorder
Dell Inspiron 5000 laptop
Western Digital External 7200rpm Firewire harddrive
However, when I Print to Tape, my computer locks up several seconds into the process. I noticed that the camera shows up in VC as something like "DV Capture Device" and not "Microsoft DV Camera and VCR". Is this part of the problem?
