I've been doing some tests with this method for a "film look" and I noticed that when I use this method, I lose a lot of sharpness. I realise that this "smoothing" of picture is one of the ingredients of the "recipe" but since I already induced a bit of it through gaussian blur (0,001) I get a resolution problem in the end because of this loss of resolution that results from the process.

I want it to be the best reproduction of my editing in my TV set.

What's the best way to get "what I have on the timeline" to be reproduced with the pulldown without losing quality ?
