I would like to purchase a new license/upgrade an existing one.
Unfortunately, I can't see any of my previously purchased products in Service Center > My products.
I'm aware, that it might be caused by an expiration of licenses, I would still welcome a feature of a list of previously owned products.
Are there any plans to include such list in Service Center in future?
My purchase history fully shows under My Products on my MAGIX account going back some 15 years to the Sony days.
One possible reason that you can't find your purchase history is that those previous purchases were made on a different My Account using a different email address for registration/activation.

I have considered this as well, but I have only one e-mail account registered for MAGIX account.
Therefore it could be an account bug.
It would be best if you contact MAGIX directly at infoservice@magix.net about the matter and include your email address as well as as much relevant information as possible such as product names/versions, order numbers, serial numbers, and dates of purchase even if approximate.
