Will Mercalli able to give better result?
These are the Mercalli 4 SAL settings I use as a starting point for 4K from my Samsung Galaxy S5 (hand-held with no stabiliser available for 4K):

I get some reasonable results but no where near as good as is achievable with video from my AX100.
The big difference though is that the Galaxy S5 shots are with the phone being held as static as possible - it's only with the X, Y axis settings being at 100% which mostly addressed the wobble (jello) problems in the original footage. My concern, Set, is that your footage being 'on the move' has so much wobble in some shots that it is quite likely that Mercalli may not be able to provide a smooth result, though as is often the case with Mercalli, experimentation is necessary, especially with the 'intensive repair' options.
But to answer you question - yes, Mercalli will probably give a better result, but it may not be all that much better to make it worthwhile. My opinion only.

Quite right. In fact, Quick Repair and Intensive Repair are 2 of the options available in the CMOS fixer - in the SAL anyway.
