@Dagua ... Yes there is - assuming that you mean dissolve rather than fade.

From the Menu, select Options/Preferences/Editing and then check the box titled 'Automatically overlap multiple selected media when added'. You can then select the length of the overlap.

Please note that this works when you import a bulk number of events on to the timeline at the one time; however, just adding one event will not automatically overlap the previous event - you will need to do that manually.

When I need to fade multiple tracks/events in or out, I apply a 'Fade to color' envelope in the master video bus track. Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+B brings up the video bus track,... right-click in the bus' timeline and select "Insert/Remove Envelope> Fade to Color" .
