Putting Finished 24p project on 60i DVD

I have a finished 24p project - all transitions, audio, FX done. I wish to make a 60i DVD of it for players incompatible with 24p. I know I can save to a new project and just change the project properties or I know I can render it to a 60i format but these work-flow have problems right/ What is the best way to do this?

I don't believe there is such a thing as a DVD player that is incompatible with 24p. If such an device did exist, it wouldn't play any commercially available DVDs!

That's correct. Every DVD player ever made will play a 24p DVD.
