Simply put, you cant. It does nto matter if you have the Pro version or not. Sony will have to add specific support for QT7 in a Vegas update. Maybe V6d but I wouldnt count on it.

You can frameserve from Vegas to QT7Pro or you can you use MeGui from www.doom9.org to do batch encoding.
