QT Render

I need to render to QT files in vegas pro 8. What I need is the custom settings that are needed to duplicate what FCP does when a project is exported to a QT file or QT movie when using FCP.

I think it depends on the fcp user/system... we send qt back and forth to a fcp system, they give to us as a quicktime ,our vegas reads with a black magic codec,,, their fcp system captures it with a aja card ,,,send it back to them rendered from vegas as uncompressed quicktime

QuickTimes are like AVis int the sense that it is a wrapper that contains video in a codec.

So you need to know what codec the FC people want in order to duplicate settings.

There is no standard setting. (unless it is DV video)
