Quantize Frames

O.K. another question that I hope somebody can help me out with, a little more specific of a problem though. My project consists of video of dancers dancing to a 4/4 house music beat, at a certain BPM. I have a seperate audio soundtrack running underneath it at close to the same BPM that they dancing to..but not quite on it. Instead of adjusting each seperate clip or event by timestretching it or changing its velocity - will Quantize frames do something for me? if not, will something else like Acid has with its locked BPM help within Vegas? last question - if Quantize Frames doesnt do any of those things, can somebody give me a better -dumber- definition of what it is?
Thanks again sooo much for the help.

Quantize to frames governs the increment of trim adjustments and where events fall on the timeline (whether or not a video frame is the smallest increment).

The easiest fix for you is to stretch your audio slightly by Ctrl/Dragging the out point.
