Quantize to frames possible in VF?

When dropping markers while previewing the video, the markers land in-between frame borders, so that when I go back to make splits at the marker locations, the splits also land in-between frame borders. This leaves tiny dissolves and gaps in the video.

I know that Vegas has the Quantize to frames option, but is there any way to turn this on in VF?

I think you can set it to SNAP to frames.

I have that enabled. It doesn't work for markers that are dropped while previewing. In fact, you can zoom the timeline, place the cursor in-between frames, and split it at that point. This should be disallowed when "Snap to frames" is enabled.

Can we have this fixed for VF 2.0d so that it works like it does in Vegas?
