Question about Rendering With Main Concept

I am using Movie Studio, and when I go to render to mpeg2 using MainConcept, the "custom" button is unavailable. Is there anyway to customize the rendering process, or is this feature only available in full Vegas?

MS2 had the option to buy a more expensive plugin, allowing customisation - most people didn't find it useful. MS3 & 4 don't have that option.

I should have said that DVDAS has the option to set the degree of compression, but you can't do things like defining the GOP structure or setting upper and lower VBR limits.
