I know it doesnt come with XLR inputs but will there be an adapter that can add the XLR capabilities so that someone doesnt have to shell out $4900 just to get XLR support?
....but it has been showm here in previous threads that if you get a XLR adapter and a field mixer and phantom power the additional cost makes it worth the wait for the Z1.
It's not just the cost of the XLR, phantom, and mount. It's much more than that.
The HyperGain and HyperGamma, plus all the other features, make the Z1 much more of a "making movies" camera than the FX1. Both are great cams, but if you wanna "make a movie" that "Looks like a movie" then you want to have the Z1.
