question for delta 1010 users

Has anyone out ther tried to lock the 1010 to external word clock? I've tried to sync to the 03D and to the Apogee Big Ben, to no avail. It alternates between unlocked and locked. It's not the cable or terminator. I can lock other devices TO the 1010, just not the other way around.

anyone have any clues??

Sorry I can't help you with the actual 1010, but have you tried removing the terminator? I know it may sound strange, but I've actually had studio setups where it would work better without the terminator. Maybe it's something like SCSI and sometimes devices have an auto internal terminator, while others don't.

yes, I've tried that. In fact the 1010 is self terminating. I realized this when the Apogee showed me I was over terminated and it only gave me the green light when there was no terminator plugged in.
