Does anyone have any experience editing Red files in Vegas and color grading in Redcine X? I have a DP that wants to do the grading in Redcine X, from my edit in Vegas. I've found out how to output an EDL file that Redcine X ingests, but how do I get the metadata changes back into Vegas.
I saw an example where Premiere nicely loads all the metadata changes made in Redcine X. I'm hoping Vegas can do the same.
Also, can Vegas edit r3d files from an Epic or Scarlet just like it does for Red One footage. I read somewhere that the r3d files are different.
Lastly, why does Vegas think all r3d video clips are shot at 24fps, when many of them in my current project are shot at 48fps?
