Quick Question / Split Screen Preview

Is there a way to change the split screen preview when you " Alt + Drag " the contents of an event so that it shows the selected frame frame like it did in 3.0 ? Just to clairify, not the " Split Screen Preview " for effects.

In Options - Preferences, Try the option:
"Show video event edge frames in Video Preview window during edits."
